      Great Employer but low wages

      Pros

      Good opportunity, alot of resources, great food and atmosphere

      Cons

      HR does not compensate for experience or years of service. They don't care if our best leave and only offer lowest wages. Internal candidates get hiring priority but are only allowed 10% increase. You could be a janity getting your RN. Only 10% Benefits used to be amazing but they got cheap with that too. Hardly cover anything now.

      Pros

      Small community hospital, good parking.

      Cons

      Same patients over and over. No room to climb. Nepotism is rampant. Get all the money you can when you come, because you will not get good or consistent pay raises. Your skills will probably not grow past 1-2 years experience. Will not pay more for advanced degrees. They tolerate poor staff habits because they don't really have a choice.
