Poor management. Micro managing or absent management. Low pay for work load. Parking is taken out of check. Park and ride adds extra time to commute unless you win a parking permit lottery.

Management is generally friendly, but unresponsive to feedback in matters of substance. Very bureaucratic decisionmaking. Any decision requires lots of back-and-forth, multiple meetings and emails, and can easily grind to a halt unless there is active and ongoing follow-up. Major changes to policies, practices, and project parameters are often sudden, or even unannounced until they're happening.
