      Pros

      Pay, PTO and benefits is great compared to restaurant and service industry standards.

      Cons

      Management is not helpful at all, and not available most times. Little to no training, they just throw you in and tell you figure it out. What they practice, and what they preach, are drastically different. Your co worker might call out 10 times with no write up, but you might call out 3 times and receive one in the same time frame.
