      The organization offers alot of opportunities for individual growth and development. The is still room to expand and regularize the existing systems. I would recommend working at UNDP Malawi to anyone.

      The country is landlocked and it is therefore very difficult to ship in IT equipment

      It´s a place to learn a lot and work with very dedicated people.

      Cons

      Complete lack of HR strategy. There is high turnover because the organization depends on interns and short-term, non-staff position. There is a lack of internal leadership. There is too much internal politics.
