Pros
Glassdoor isn't so much see-through glass as it is stained glass. Too many hoops you have to jump through to even see what other people are paid. It wasn't always this way. Otherwise, UNFI was a decent place to work as long as you are FULLY aware of the fact that overtime is mandatory for entry level positions.
Cons
Lack of communication from leadership. Though every job I have work at had such problems, unless the employees were under 10.
