      Hard Work Environment... Unwilling to Adapt to Adapt to Change

      Pros

      - Incredibly friendly staff who knew exactly what they were doing.

      Cons

      - I was hired during a transition period in Minnesota while SuperValu, (Where this chain was based) was being sold to a bigger, healthier chain (now fully transitioned) company we know as UNFI, so, what was hard, was that the people in my department knew what they were (kind of doing) but, coming in, as a BRAND-NEWcomer, everything was different, because something I may have learned as a Supervalu policy would have changed two days later as UNFi would have something a comptely different way.

      Some great relationships built. Hard working staff, good PTO plan

      Cons

      Poor Management that is only out for themselves, micromanagers, No support for those trying to do well, lack of advancement, they add on work responsibilities with no pay increase, managers post positions knowing that they are going to hire the person they hand picked.
