      Pay Work load manageable once your a couple weeks into it, i was ready and work load easy by 4th week also good stock options

      Long/ Lots of hours Short breaks but it makes sense

      Pros

      I honestly cannot think of a single positive thing about this place. I worked in Stockton and it was the worst job I’ve ever had.

      Cons

      They Micro manage you. Rude supervisors. It’s Union drivers but the administration is not Union and it’s an angry hostile work environment. Very fast pace.

      -automation/ technology -competitive advantage -own schedule & moves made to achieve targets

      Cons

      -lacking admin & customer service support for sales -management get's annoyed when they hear customers complain and doesn't support account managers well regarding this -not asking employees what they care about -24/7 with access to work cell phone; customers call at any time -your experience fully depends on what book of business you are servicing
