TA Leadership in particular is pretty good

Merit increases were "delayed" only to announce that they weren't happening at all a month after we were told the announcement would come. Goals and metrics used to evaluate associates for reviews are often unrealistic/unattainable. Evaluation is done based on potential not performance, high scores are only given when associates are doing far above and beyond what we are paid to do. There is always more being added to your plate, often without recognition let alone additional compensation.
