Pros

Hard work at a fast pace. Incentives for your hard work. Pay 20.75 hr plus incentives that were limitless. Nice work schedule. Will work Saturday or Sunday depending on your schedule.some mandatory extra days and over time

Cons

Just put in new standard system called red prairie that forced use to pull more cases per hour at a lower percent that will cut incentives a lot. So far with this change its way to hard to work to keep a job

Pros

Work at home flexibility; core of knowledgeable long-term employees; culture has generally been less political than other similarly-sized companies (but that is changing)

Cons

Management turnover has changed the culture significantly and in a generally negative way. Difficult to make horizontal moves into other areas of the organization.

Pros

Good schedule. Good people to work with.

Cons

Not a lot of upward mobility due to senior management being in place for long periods of time.
