Pros
None that I can think of now, thus the reason for looking for something new.
Cons
Too many bad decisions made over the last 5 years resulting in too many people either being let go or moving on themselves. Work has been outsourced outside of the US and to another state where the work ethic is not that of people in MN. Merit increases have been little to none over the past 3 years. Benefits are ok, but could be a lot better.
