Pros

Good Benefits, okey pay. among others benefits. i work as Truck Driver... long days is a good place to work, but the pay can be a lot better... underpay on my opinion.

Cons

low hours, not much overtime.

Pros

The pay is one of the best in Idaho for a call center.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, overload of work, impossible time constraints, limited support options, zero advancement opportunities, rude management that serve as little help as possible during the support chain process.

Pros

My supervisor is the only good thing in the company

Cons

policies change daily, upper management doesn't fix the problems as they happen. They let it go until it explodes taking everyone else down with them. They don't care about the employees at all. Its all about themselves. The vacations they can take.
