      Pros

      great team environment, good pay and benefit, the culture of the organization was excellent. Most importantly the company communicated with employees on a regular basis. Supervalu always made sure that everything was working for the benefit of both the employees as well as the company. Clear policies, flexible schedules, and the company had room for growth.

      Cons

      During the holidays periods the company could force overtime 7 days a week without time off to ensure customer satisfaction. Other than this, there was nothing else that worried me about the company.

      Pros

      Casual work is handy, events are fun to work at because you are never in one place for every function.

      Cons

      Some weeks work can be scarce and others there can be too much to handle however this is the upside of having casual work; you can tell your boss you can't work and it won't be held against you.

      Pros

      Some of the best people I have had the privilege of working with and for.

      Cons

      Becoming very corporate and top-heavy in pay and benefits. Sadly, wasn't always that way and the employees working the line were once truly appreciated and compensated.
