It is almost pleasant.

Pros

I recently transferred to Grocery from Service and it is much better. I get to take my break whenever I want and I hardly ever have harassing customers to deal with.

Cons

The pays not great, and it's hard get great hours. Also, there are almost no benefits. If you work in service you are constantly watched like a hawk by your supervisors and you can hardly move around.

Pros

Exciting, challenging with great pay and wonderful colleagues. If you embrace change and with all it brings, you'll fit in well.

Cons

Shrinking margins have forced org to significantly reduce staff and cut costs at every corner. Unfortunately, this results in less productivity, creativity and growth for all. Not a great strategy to hang your hat on.

They keep on trying and fighting though the hard times. They people in the IT area are awesome and work with each other very well.

Cons

Lots of layoff and stress wondering when it is your time is you don't work at the main office.
