Company culture has been in a steady decline for years. While I understand the business and need to push profits, this company feels like it has lost its soul and those that are political move up and those that are good burn out.

Coworkers get it and have your back, samples from vendors, remote work, flexibility for appointments

Cons

Expectation to work late regularly, no plan in place for coverage when someone is out so work falls on already stressed coworkers, low pay compared to industry, work of 2-3+ people for that low pay, constant change because c level is bored, contradictory direction from management, have to CYA always, c level and directors think we do nothing all day, constant pressure. Not worth it for the stress.
