Pros

Pays above market WFH options

Cons

There are a lot of rude/condescending people that worked here, more than any other company. Opaque reporting structure, I was basically reporting to my peer who interviewed me A lot of leaders were unprepared for their role, but still had "my way or the highway" mentality. Remarks/jokes about protected groups were commonly made. Insanity for a Fortune 500 Company.

Pros

Its a great position if you can be a commissioned Rep, which is the same job

Cons

You fell insulted as you make a substantially higher net hourly rate as an commissioned paid employee. The commissioned earnings have gone up, with the cost of food going up, but they refused to change the hourly rate for the few employees being paid that way. That hourly rate is much lower than comparable other employers are paying.

Gone Downhill with Outsourcing and Layoffs

Pros

-Remote Work -Good Benefit Coverage -No OT -Work/Life Balance -PTO is generally approved

Cons

-Low pay and minimal raises, if any -Insufficient company-wide communication -Feedback being ignored by C-Suite positions -Recent layoffs and outsourcing have eliminated many positions, including those with key knowledge for various departments. -IT has been outsourced and has a significant language barrier. It takes multiple follow-ups to resolve a single ticket. -Top management heavy -Transition to WiPro has been terrible: no UNFI control of training schedule/methods, little communication in general, constantly behind schedule, excessive issues, and lack of retaining anyone with knowledge as support.
