Pros

Pay and benefits were good. Leadership and vision at the top was one of the best I have experienced in my career. I do not know who the current CEO is, but Steve Spinner is a class act and a great leader.

Cons

Finance organization has a lot of leaders by title, but lacked the skills to manage staff or provide a vision. Very poor communication. Overall lack of diverse talent - if your background is not in food or grocery, your opinion and skillset are irrelevant. Lack of coordination and sharing of resources between Finance functions.

Pros

They are always hiring for selector positions and they pay decently for most jobs, good starter job to get experience.

Cons

They are poorly managed. Instead of taking less orders for the amount of workers they have, they take double pushing current workers to call out quit or frankly destroy their bodies. 16 hour days are standard, and they falsely advertise 4 day work week, it is 6 days mandatory. They do this repeatedly so they are never fully staffed and always overworking current employees.

Pros

Associate appreciation you can test positive for THC during the hiring process but are not allowed to test positive once you’ve been hired. You can currently be hired if you have a record. A background check is required however you may start working before the results are returned. Super Saturday- an extra $100 is paid if you show up for work

Cons

The HR department is self proclaimed as to never having made a mistake. Therefore they judge EVERYONE. Be careful if you aren’t a favorite employee No work/life balance Unfair treatment of employees. The business can’t get a handle on the workload they have. Always behind on their schedules - up to 12 hours, putting a lot of pressure on the employees.
