100% work from home is great

Cons

No matter how hard you work raises are capped at 3.5% per year. They’ve had open positions for months because the job doesn’t pay enough for the stress you endure. Buyer Assistants do not want to be promoted. Lowest buyer pay in the area. No help covering for open positions or co-workers on PTO.

Pay is the worst I’ve ever seen. Will likely not hire you without a degree but will pay you as if you do not have one. Very understaffed because of this and will b expected to pick up slack

Lost sight of the coops that started their mega-billion company and natural food sourcing. Sold out when they bought SuperValu by selling propane tanks, cigarettes and dortitos. Said employees would save money on benefits after they bought SuperValu only to increase the copay to $40, per visit (up from $20), plus doubled the weekly amount deducted from your check. Lots of stress while managing over a thousand accounts at one time totaling a $15m portfolio while making “zero” in commission due to accounts being dumped by account execs, sales manager and director approved. Don’t waste your time or talent, companies core values are looonngg gone from where they started. Sad I wasted so many years there.
