1. Excellent mission 2. Dual mandates (humanitarian & development) - you can broaden ur experience 3. Decent people and friendly working culture (though this depends on sr. management and ur team) 4. Reputation and brand power

Cons

1. Salary is not enough considering the workload 2. Limited career development opportunities for external candidates (including TAs, consultants and unvs as the organization prioritizes internal candidates with FT, Continuing and Permanent contracts) 3. Low performers with staff positions thrive, while young high performers without staff positions struggle 4. HR policy not transparent
