Financial support for educational growth. Lovely Stratford office in Westfield.

Cons

No culture. Hardly much effort from management to get to know or understand individuals, especially in smaller teams. Lack of progression. Poor pay.

Management strongly encourage personal and professional life balance. the mandate. the brand power, structured and functional compared to other agencies, relatively good salary, job security

Cons

Just like other UN agencies, some bureaucracy and hiearchy may make the overall decision process slow. But it is more straightforward than others like DPO. Relatively high entrance hurdle. Competition to climb the ladder.
