Pros

This is a great place to work. They value work life balance as much as they can. With the travel involved they are good to take care of their people that are on the road and recognize the need for family first. They do provide a 401K match up to 6%. They do provide decent medical benefits. They allow you to carry your max vacation over to the next year.

Free Coffee. Big empty building in which you get to see foxes and deer and snapping turtles.

Cons

Non-existent management. Bait and switch tactics. Don't trust ANY work location in job descriptions.

Pay is very low, there is a lack of direction, lack of engineering talent, sales staff is meager, high turn over.
