Pros

Unicom does not micromanage their employees, they allow them the space to grow on their own.

Cons

There is not a lot of room for growth within the company. They don't have very good strategic relationships with vendors vital to winning competitive opportunities.

most of the people are decent relatively diverse work from home days allow some people to work 100% remote main office in convenient spot for anyone who lives in Centreville, Chantilly, Herndon, Sterling, or Ashburn.
