Flexible hours, ok PTO, they pay for some classes that are not too expensive

Cons

STD benefit is a joke. The maximum pay is $700 per week. Not even a full 60% of your pay. They don't have parental leave. So if you are pregnant and want support, you may need to look for a new job. You will only get $700 for 6 weeks. I don't think they truly care about supporting women in the workplace.

It is a job, benefits are average.

Cons

If you are not Management (especially if doing contract work) you are worthless and easily replaceable. Might promise salary increases with performance reviews but get ready for a 3% increase for an exceptional rating and none if you don't reach that level. If you find out you are paid 10k less than the new hires with less experience expect the "well you signed the contract" excuse and for nothing to change.

There is a lot of noise at the corporate office but keeping your head down and staying quiet can help you to avoid trouble

Cons

CEO and President are super slick - say the right things but are dishonest, lie, do not honor commitments to customers or employees. They are examples of “beltway bandits” in the worst ways.
