      Culture Is what Matters!

      Pros

      Company is investing a lot in building the right culture. Focus is more on hiring the right people. Collaborative and supportive senior management, everyone is always willing to help however they can. Employees have a voice, benefits have improved tremendously over the years. Overall an excellent place to work and have fun.

      Cons

      Low pay Cruel treatment of employees Really expensive and sub par insurance Hostile work environment along with No help from HR Can not trust HR Managers or even the VP's to help when addressing concerns prejudice ,discrimination & Sexism Only hire other nationalities to adhere to affirmative action rules Unprofessional overall The overall attrition rate for the company is about 50 - 60 percent per year at least 10- 15 percent per quarter

      A great upcoming business

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for that started with real small beginnings. I have seen some real hard working, sincere and ethical people in this company that sometimes one does not see in companies around the beltway. The management is sincere in trying to make a difference with customer satisfaction both external and internal with the employees.

      Cons

      All growing companies have their pain points and Unissant is no different. The difference here is that when errors or issues are detected, action is taken to mitigate that circumstance rather than let it fester and cause issues down the road.
