Pros
The founder is a good guy, and his aspirations to morph Unissant into a data company attracts a lot of interesting people. The hours are regular. The place is dead after 5pm.
Cons
Worst benefits I've ever experienced or heard of. It quickly became clear why no members of management have the company health plan. Recruiting company approach to everything. When bidding on contract, in-house recruiters send out offer letters to a candidate. If the contract is not signed, the candidate, after accepting the offer and waiting (sometimes for months) to start working and earning, gets a nice apology email. If the contract IS signed, then the candidate is put on site with other new candidates - usually, the team has never worked together before. Project managers on the ground are micro-managed from the mother ship with random results and huge turnover rates. Team seems to mean "collection of billable units". Founder is insulated from employees by a thick layer of heavy-handed and internally competitive sales and management staff.
