Pros

The benefits are amazing! I have yet to find an organization that provides better benefits. The location is also central to restaurants and shopping to run errands during lunch.

Cons

The leadership team (directors) at UHH lacks confidence and trust in the managers to the point that it prohibits them from doing their job effectively. Micromanagement is definitely an issue, but worse is the handling of the immense amount of change that is happening within the organization as it continues to grow. The communication is very poor.

Honestly, the fund no longer values the employees that work hard, that don't kiss up and that truly have a passion for what they do. They continue to force good ones out while leaving those that have no direction or vision run the place. The diversity is lacking and they know it, they continue to have older generations run things and well that isn't working. They are dishonest, they continue to keep a toxic workplace and continually ignore any advice to make the workplace better.
