Benefits (it's sad when this is the only pro)

Cons

Honestly, the fund no longer values the employees that work hard, that don't kiss up and that truly have a passion for what they do. They continue to force good ones out while leaving those that have no direction or vision run the place. The diversity is lacking and they know it, they continue to have older generations run things and well that isn't working. They are dishonest, they continue to keep a toxic workplace and continually ignore any advice to make the workplace better.

Pros

The company fosters a positive culture with supportive colleagues and a collaborative environment. There are plenty of opportunities to take on new projects and make a meaningful impact. For self-starters, it’s a great place to grow professionally and gain exposure to different areas of the business.

Cons

One major challenge is the lack of clear accountability. When issues arise, the burden often falls on the person who identifies the problem to fix it, regardless of role or scope. This can lead to burnout and inefficiencies, especially when cross-functional support is needed but not readily provided.
