Very slow management change if money is involved. No true cont educational reimbursement for courses outside of UNMH

Great educational support for nurses. No census management. Have clinical ladder which greatly increases pay potential. Amazing Tuition reimbursement!

Cons

None to report at this time. IMO best place to work as a nurse.
