Pros

I enjoyed working with the staff and learned a clam and different kind of nursing after doing a very stressful job for many years.

Cons

The nursing administration are bullies and when you report them they retaliate. I felt discriminate because I am native American Indian. A hospital that has Native American Indian around each corner they sure don't know how to work with us or respect our culture.

Good pay, Good co workers, benefits are ok, teaching hospital, tuition reimbursement is a great benefit.

Cons

Lots of management, horrible staff abuse by certain patient populations. Sometimes dangerous staffing.
