UNMH is very busy serving the Albuquerque community, but the administration always makes time to walk the floors and help if needed. There is an emphasis on professional development, and tuition repayment is offered. I am very happy working here!

Cons

Understaffed, patients sometimes drunk or violent, parts of the hospital are old and have building maintenance issues, limited parking (hospital offers shuttle in from parking lot)
