Pros

If you are looking to pursue a career in dietetics the RDs are more than willing to help you grow and teach you until you apply or get accepted to a dietetic internship. You get to interact with patients, review charts and practice assessing patients based on risk. Good benefits

Cons

If you are looking to advance in an area other than nutrition I feel like it has been hard. Management and staffing isn't what it needs to be and it has been this way for quite some time.
