Diverse patient population, interesting pathology, good pay given local cost of living (now that we have union representation), excellent benefits.

Cons

Support staff can be lazy or indifferent (the Southwestern attitude of "there's always manana!"), management is not always in touch with employee issues, clinical workload is significant and does not always allow for time to do research.
