Pros

Some room for promotion. Mike Chicarelli, the new CEO, is a very positive move for UNMH.

Cons

Extremely hierarchical, tenured staff wear their years of service as badge of honor and reason to mistreat others, self-importance is common, and many supervisors/managers/directors use a fear-based management approach.
