-Management at all levels seems to be a problem. If you look young then you will not get taken seriously for real concerns that you bring to supervisory staff. - The gaslighting that what is happening is you taking it personally is insane at this place. Not just on low-level management but upwards too. It's not personal if it is affecting workplace and job requirements. - The favoritism is also crazy, and the boundaries between employees and managers are very unprofessional and continue to perpetuate the favoritism.
