The surgeons are mostly great. The cafeteria has sushi.

If you enjoy unfairness, rude miserable passive aggressive supervisors, cliques, favoritism, little pay with a lot of overtime, a lot of work for no reward but constant critiques, misogynists, and overall toxic work environments then this is the perfect place to scrub!! The year I spent here was my personal hell loop and everyone I knew at that job that were actually good people were in full agreeance. They constantly need new people for a reason! Please do NOT work here, these people will make you never want to scrub again.

Working here will probably pay several of your bills. There’s some great coworkers…until their contract ends. You’ll get really good at “making do”

Cons

Compensation is not even remotely comparable to industry standards except in the C-Suite. Regardless of inpatient or outpatient, you’ll likely never have the equipment you need. Management, with few exceptions, could not care less about you.
