      Pay is low and minimum raises. Management can be awful depending on unit. Culture is pretty toxic in certain areas

      I have 8 years experience and when they gave me my offer letter it was 36/hr! I was flabbergasted. This area has gone up on living cost and they are building a new hospital and upgrading a lot of things. Im sure the doctors are getting paid waay above market pay and yet nurses are only getting 36/hr with 8 years experience? I couldn't believe this offer. I asked the talent aquistion how they come up with this number and she didnt have an answer? It seems like they need to reeval their numbers and pay nurses fairly. I ended up declining and left NM.
