Never in my eight years of retail experience have I experienced this volume of turnover so quickly. This company is the textbook definition of mismanagement, and the lack of effective communication and direction is intolerable. In my four short months at this company, I worked with at least four different teams — and it’s not hard to see why. If you overwork and underpay your top talent, you lose them. After my employment experience here, I am truly disturbed. When will you realize that your revolving door of teams is the result of your poor business practices? When will you realize that your stores cannot run without proper staffing and effective people management? Seeing that this is a pattern that has been repeating itself for years, you would think that this corrupt corporation would learn. But they continue to abuse and manipulate their staff and create a hostile work environment. I walked away because no salary or title was enough compensation for the toll on my mental and physical well-being. This company is a JOKE. Avoid working for them at all costs. You deserve better. I promise.
