Where do I start. Stay away to a company that treats employees bad. No support at all. HR is no help at all. Ceo is a joke not professional at all. Very low pay with expectations to the roof. I learned to handle stress and figure things out on my own since theres no support. They leave you hanging. If your not making numbers girl you are out. You are just a number to them. They dont recognize what you do for the store. Like I said please stay away. You wont learn anything. No growth at all . They have a lot of favorism in the company. . They act like its Cartier. They will never be at that level at all.

I worked at UNOde50 for a little over a year, there has been many ups and downs, but recently has been growing in the market and becoming more competitive, if you want a challenge and growth in your retail career I would advise you looking into this company, every store is different but i had a great experience, i left because I was relocating.

Cons

Growing on retail and wholesale side, fast paced- operational with reporting.

As the title says just simply stay away. This company is calling for going through growing pains, but that isn’t the case. This company has been around for more than 20 years internationally and has had the same issues since day one. The long and short of it is that corporate, regional/district managers, and all higher ups including the CEO are all willing to blame their inadequacies on the store managers and sales associates. You will be fired for not making your sales goal and be constantly stressed out for not reaching metrics that simply aren’t attainable because they are projected way too high. Whether they don’t want to pay out the bonus structure that they so generously tease you with and that’s the reason for the high goals, or they simply just don’t understand what is going on with the retail market there is definitely a big disconnect.
