      As a former employee of Uno de 50 I had the pleasure working with a very great supportive team . I had the chance to work both and the stores and the corporate office. Nevertheless to say my previous experience in retails and also jewelry helped me through with the unlimited arrays of jewelry collections that Uno as to offer. The CEO of the company really pushes you and promote you as needed

      The company develop too much jewelry collections throughout the Year which makes it hard for a sales associate to establish a great selling strategy.

      I can’t say enough great things about this company. The companies CEO, Jason McNary is wonderful(I feel like it’s unheard of to have REGULAR visits from the CEO of the company; truly speaks volumes about how much they care!) I have been in retail for 5 years and have never worked with higher ups who care so much about their employees and their success. They truly invest in their teams and genuinely want to see everybody succeed beyond just the business. I appreciated the fun, “laidback luxury” environment ,as I called it. I was able to use my creativity and have fun with styling myself and the product. I learned so much in my short time with Uno & I am forever grateful for the experience! ***extra props to Megan Odell at the Lenox location for creating a dream team!!!

      Only one I can think of is I wish they had more locations in Georgia!

      65% to 80% off merchandise.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management, internal communication is in disarray, no HR support, corporate/field leadership constantly attacks an undermines store leadership, lastly company lies to get talented managers to come onboard and then fails to uphold their promises/commitment but expects the highest level of performance for you. All the while, over loading the stores with tasks requiring additional hours to be worked on the regular to be compliant which far exceed the typical 8hr work day. You end up working 50 to 60 hours but paid at 40 hours with a salary that’s barely competitive, if at all.
