      Pros

      uno de 50 offers very good health and dental insurance for their store managers, the schedule can be ok only if your store is fully staffed.

      Cons

      I would not recommend this horrible company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. There are so many cons with this company, they are firing manager associates and district manager left and right. the salary they pay for a SM is a joke for the amount of stress and responsibility. they have no respect for your personal life, it is expected from you as a manager to work 24/7 but regardless of your hard work and commitment still you will get fired. their stores make no profit, and their only business strategy is to blame managers for the bad business they have. the jewelry is poor quality and most probably made in china, but we have to lie to our customers and say it is handcrafted in Spain. this company has the worst upper management and the HR department is a joke, the most unprofessional HR department. it is sad that people with no work ethics work as HR.
