None, well only a little bit the salary (in Spain is quite high).

Cons

The Management and the awfulness to sell: thepieces breaks and there is no fixing policies you just have to get anything else in the shop if your bracelet/necklace breaks, Fake people, You have to do all the tasks like a manager but you're a Sales Assistant, Horrible time schedule they don't care about your personal needs.

Easy work and nice coworkers. You get to wear the jewelry during your shift. 65% discount. Uniform is easy to obtain.

Cons

Unprofessional management. Barely any training. Unrealistic goals. High price points don’t attract customers. Very slow. Nothing to do at times.
