      None, even the jewelry is terrible.

      All the reviews that are bad on Glassdoor sum this place up. I thought I was the only person that felt this way until reading these reviews. DON'T WORK HERE! this company is unimaginably horrible. If want to experience sweatshop labor and abuse join this company. I walked out in the middle of the day because of the disrespect and harassment. I have never walked out on a single job ever in my entire life.

      Pros

      Reasonably well paid. Unique product. The job itself was nice and interesting indeed: dealing with the customers, visual merchandising, KPI anlysis... 50% discount.

      Cons

      Poor management. Store managers act like little kings in their kingdoms. Management wont listen to you. As soon as you question a process you are marked as a problematic person. Disorganization at every level. Working many more hours than paid. Work - Family is YOUR conflict. They dont care if their schedule is sucking life out of you.

      Pros

      After more than two years working at the headquarters, I have not found any advantages or positive perspectives to add to my experience.

      Cons

      When I arrived to UNOde50, I didn't quite understand the level of staff turnover the company had. A few weeks later, you understand everything. A culture that misses every professional and human values, shared by all management, both in the Madrid and NYC offices. A vision that is scaled down in all departments and their managers.
