      Pros

      Good company atmosphere, 65% discount on all merchandise, unique product and most of all You have a voice. Uno de 50 is a family and my supervisor is very motivating.Great training program and lots of support from corporate. Lots of growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Too many operational task and conf. calls, which take away time from the customer and being able to coach at the moment. Like any retailer it's going through growing pains.

      There are not many cons that are associated with uno. Anytime we bring something up that we need help with... upper management listens, gives feedback and helps out.

I am very suppoted and respected by my Regional Mgr and HR dept.
