There are so many things wrong with Uno it's hard to say where to start. It has become more and more of a greedy company where no one feels comfortable or happy and the only concern is making money. People are treated as though they are replaceable, except for a few privileged employees. It's obvious that there are certain clicks - if you are part of one you never get in trouble no matter how bad you are at your job. There is also a lot of bullying from upper management so it can feel very difficult to speak up about anything. There is a lot of gossiping and even flirting at times from the management with other associates or customers which can make things very uncomfortable. We are constantly discouraged from working or asking for more hours, there is no room to grow. That much has been made very clear to us. There are some good people here, but overall it is a very bad environment, Do yourself a favor and stay away!
