- Positive and friendly people who are passionate about what they are doing - Interesting topics around environmental science and platform development - Good balance between being a startup and corporate, workflows are well-organized compared to a startup and not boring compared to a corporate firm - Following the latest engineering practices and adding them to the tech stack - A very good example of organizing products & engineering teams together

Cons are related to industry rather than the company: - In a niche industry and if you are not familiar with the concepts, the beginning could be challenging. - There is little research about the users in the industry, and making product decisions is hard but open to innovation.
