Very focused to farmer pain point sustainable one stop solutions. Has great leadership Very agile and adopting new technologies to match the speed of change Now days communication is very good. Post Corona, UPL has developed/adopted online learning platforms.

Cons

Salary revision is very minimal, not matching with peer companies. Due to increased fuel prices, its time to revive vehicle policies.
