All of your ideas have to be vetted by the home office in Mumbai, and if you don't come from Mumbai, your ideas don't count

Pros

Have been in role for about a year and work a maximum of 1-2 hours a week. During month- end and quarter end 2-4 hours a week. I have a young family and my wife works full time.

Cons

Massive lay-offs has me concerned, but my manager assured me my family and I will be fine. I trust him since he hired me. He does not have many allies and needs me.
