      Pros

      I work in Finland and benefits are amazing! Management style is amazing because they trust in the employees. Supervisors are not checking you all the time and they trust on you

      Cons

      Finland is an amazing country but is very far away. I do not see any cons.

      Pros

      The company is relatively open and it's easy to communicate across teams and beyond. The benefits are good and there's a good working environment.

      Cons

      Still very Finnish focused and thus means if you are not a Finnish employee you don't get as many opportunities. A lot of bureaucracy which can be tiresome. Management approach not always consistent.
