Fast decision making, team orientated no politics atmosphere. Best practices sharing is encouraged, Easy intranet communication between different units worldwide. Affordable benefit package includes health insurance, dental 401k, life insurance. Good relations between management and union labor.

Cons

Sometimes too fast decision making; if bottom line stays red too long, the operation unit will be closed down. However, employees are treated decent and means provided to find new opportunities

As a Finnish company people walk their talk. The work life balance is also very good. As an international company has a lot of career development alternatives.

Cons

There no much innovation as is kind of commodity business. Sometimes the best opportunities require you to be open to move travel abroad and so on.
