The big man at the top condones any and all bad behavior of the departmental managers; as a result, employees are regularly subject to mistreatment by supervisors. The only concern among upper management is the money, not at all employees - which makes sense, considering the previous statement. Long hours, exploitation of workers, and a non-inclusive culture to other educational backgrounds that are not industrial pharmacy/pharmaceutical studies. Employees are terminated at random, and safety issues are overlooked because management doesn't want to look bad and/or doesn't want to spend money on providing a safe work environment. Also, the company is located in a small town with not much to do at all.
