      I worked with a great group of folks who were very bright and talented.

      Cons

      Upper management eliminated all the manager roles and so we lost all of the very bright talented leaders we had on our team.

      TA offers a good work life balance

      Cons

      No one in management knows how to recruit. They want TA to be a staffing firm but don't understand that managers affect the hiring process If you want to be a poorly paid Admin with a recruiter title this is a good place to be because management doesn't want people to recruit talent, they want you to manage a process. REQ load is 3x higher than almost every other company in Pittsburgh (Average volume is 80-95 positions)

      Fun to work here, but not for long term

      Great co-workers, a ton of great research being done, interesting job every day

      Cons

      NO benefits for being loyal to the company. It seems that they would rather waste money re-training instead of giving a bonus. I also feel very under-valued, as the pay in my department is not spread evenly or based on importance of job, extra degrees, etc.
